Yoga Acharya Manish is a Certified Yoga Acharya/Teacher from the largest certification company of the world, namely Yoga Alliance of US.

He has spent the last decade in the deep study of Yogic scriptures including Bhagwad Gita, Yog Sutra and subsequently practiced and shared the same knowledge with people over both offline & online mode.

Before this, after completing MBA & Bachelor in Journalism he worked for 18+ years in Advertising, Marketing Industry, including 2-largest Advertising companies of the world. Last worked as Project Director.

Yoga Acharya Manish firmly believes that when the Mind is under constant Stress, we are unable to fully utilize our knowledge and skills. Only when the Mind is CALM, Success can be achieved, both in the Material & Spiritual pursuits. The ultimate goal of Yoga is to Calm the Mind and promote Holistic Wellness. By practicing Correct Breathing techniques, Yoga can be an extremely effective path to achieving perfect Health, Happiness, Success, and Prosperity.
